On a warm Fourth of July evening in 2020, the sounds of celebration turned to tragedy for the family of Michael ‘Tre’ Goodlow III. The four-year-old boy was enjoying the holiday festivities with his family in St. Louis, Missouri, watching fireworks light up the night sky. In an instant, a joyous occasion became a scene of horror as a stray bullet struck the young child.
