Adriona Moorehead, a 21-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on July 9, 2020. Adriona was on her way home from a friend's house when she became an innocent victim of gun violence. Around 2:00 a.m., two cars exchanged gunfire on Goodfellow Boulevard, and Adriona was caught in the crossfire. She was found with gunshot wounds inside a car that had crashed into a parked vehicle. Despite the efforts of first responders, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
