Tobias C. Courtney Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2020. He was found wounded in front of the Northway Market on West Florissant Avenue in north St. Louis around 3:00 AM. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Tobias succumbed to his injuries. On the same night, a few blocks away on Wren Street, 61-year-old Crystal Strong was also found dead inside a car, marking a night of violence in the area.
