Charles E. Ray, age 16, was killed on March 7, 2011, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was found alongside another teen, John Williams, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in a residential area, and both victims were discovered together, shot to death. The police launched an investigation, but the case remained unsolved with no immediate arrests or suspects taken into custody.
