On the evening of April 18, 2011, a burst of gunfire on the East Side of Indianapolis brought a violent end to the lives of two close friends, Jason W. Walker and Louis Burts. Jason W. Walker, a 33-year-old male, and Louis Burts were together when the fatal incident occurred. The two men were more than just friends; they were described as being as close as brothers, like 'Ebony and Ivory.'
