In the early morning hours of a cold Thursday in November 2020, the quiet of the College Hill neighborhood in St. Louis was shattered by the discovery of a grim scene. On November 19th, at approximately 6:06 a.m., officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call of a shooting on the 2100 block of De Soto Avenue.
