Michael Harney, a 27-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on August 20, 2011. The incident occurred on the city’s east side late at night, just before midnight. Harney, along with 22-year-old Razee Scott, was shot and killed outside of an apartment complex.
