Michael Harney, a 27-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on August 20, 2011. The incident occurred on the city’s east side late at night, just before midnight. Harney, along with 22-year-old Razee Scott, was shot and killed outside of an apartment complex. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found both men suffering from gunshot wounds, and unfortunately, they were pronounced dead at the location.
