Carol Tinsley, aged 82, passed away on February 27, 2021, in Fenton, Missouri, in what authorities have described as an apparent murder-suicide. Carol and her husband, Timothy Tinsley, were both found dead in their home on Caleb Place. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department responded to a call from a concerned family member who had received a troubling phone call from Timothy early that morning.
