Death by Force

Mayson Paul Peak, a 3-year-old boy from Pleasant Hope, Missouri, tragically died on March 1, 2021, near Warsaw, Missouri. Mayson, along with his 4-year-old brother Kaiden and their father Darrell Peak, were found dead in a shack in Benton County. The Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Mayson and Kaiden were shot to death by their father, who then took his own life. This incident has been ruled a murder-suicide.
