Junous Osha Kelly, a 24-year-old resident of Columbia, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2021. The incident occurred at The Vault, a bar located in northeast Columbia. According to reports, Boone County Sheriff's deputies responded to a parking complaint at approximately 2:50 a.m. on the day of the incident.
