Ales L. Carr, a 30-year-old woman from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on June 21, 2021, in Independence, Missouri. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and distressing. Carr was found outside the emergency room of Centerpoint Hospital with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
