Kidrick Briscoe, a 21-year-old resident of Caruthersville, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2021, as a result of a shooting incident. The Caruthersville Police Department responded to reports of a shooting near East 7th and Franklin Avenue just before 9 p.m. on that fateful Friday night. Upon arrival, officers discovered multiple victims, including Briscoe, who was pronounced dead at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital.
