On the morning of July 10, 2021, authorities in St. Louis, Missouri, were alerted to a tragic scene in the Downtown West neighborhood. Around 10:00 a.m., first responders arrived near the intersection of 19th Street and Washington Avenue after receiving reports regarding a vehicle parked in the area.
