On the afternoon of July 11, 2021, violence erupted in the Carr Square neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of a young teenager. Kyle Falker, a 15-year-old male, was spending time with friends inside the Preservation Square housing development near the 1400 block of North 14th Street.
