On the morning of December 1, 2021, authorities in Franklin County, Missouri, responded to a distress call regarding a person lying on the ground near a vehicle. Deputies arrived at the scene near the intersection of State Highway 100 and Country Air Drive in Pacific shortly after 7:00 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of Kiley Kennedy, an 18-year-old female from Eureka who was a senior in high school.
