Braxton Cottrill, a 22-year-old resident of Kirksville, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2021, as a result of a mass shooting at a Kirksville apartment. The incident also claimed the lives of 18-month-old Parker Sizemore and, later, 18-year-old Alissa Anders, who succumbed to her injuries on January 25, 2022.
