In the early morning hours of Friday, January 11, 2013, a grim discovery was made on the far east side of Indianapolis. The body of Arnaz M Fowler, a Black male in his 20s, was found in front of an in-home daycare in the 3500 block of Roseway Drive, near the intersection of 38th Street and Franklin Road. Police were called to the scene at approximately 7:40 a.m.
