On the night of New Year's Eve, December 31, 2021, a violent incident unfolded in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Around 10:00 p.m., local law enforcement officers were dispatched to the 400 block of North 15th Street following urgent reports of a shooting in progress.
