Scott Goodman, aged 30, was last seen on March 14, 2019, in Norfolk, Nebraska. On that day, Goodman attempted to drive through an area affected by severe flooding. He drove around a flood barrier and was caught in rising waters, which swept his vehicle into the North Fork of the Elkhorn River. Witnesses last saw him standing on top of his car as it was carried away by the fast-moving waters.
