Joshua, who suffers from schizophrenia and severe OCD, had been receiving treatment but had reportedly stopped taking his medication. His disappearance has left his family, particularly his aunt Kary Tronson, deeply concerned, as Joshua's condition significantly impairs his functioning.
Searches have been ongoing, including in areas near Denton after reported sightings, but so far, there has been no confirmed information about his whereabouts.
The Lincoln Police Department, while actively involved in the search, has stated that resources are limited.
