John Steven Conaway, 36 years old, was last seen on February 9, 1998, in Omaha, Nebraska. That night, Conaway visited Buffalo Joe's Food & Spirits, located near Rosenblatt Stadium, with a friend to have a few beers. He was in good spirits and left the bar between 10:00 and 10:30 p.m., telling the bartender he was heading home. Conaway was driving a gold 1989 Ford Taurus, Iowa license plate number 977-CLN, which has never been located.
