Scott Vaughan, a 37-year-old man from Lihue, Hawaii, was last seen on April 25, 2019. He typically resided on the west side of the island and did not have a phone or a vehicle at the time of his disappearance. Vaughan was last spotted wearing a blue T-shirt, board shorts, and slippers.
