On November 14, 1999, 20-year-old Phillip George Mounts was last seen dining with friends in Lihue, Hawaii. Described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing between 5'11" and 6'0" tall and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds, Phillip had olive skin, broken front teeth, thick, wavy hair, no chest hair, a tattoo of a faerie and a rainbow on his left shoulder blade, a grouping of purple mushrooms and flowers on his upper arm.
