Thomas Joshua Hayes, a 41-year-old man from Astoria, Oregon, was last seen on July 18, 2019, in Long Beach, Washington. He was reported to be experiencing respiratory issues at the time and suspected he might have an undiagnosed illness. Hayes, who also went by the nicknames "Josh" and "Worm," stood 5'6" tall, weighed about 140 pounds, and had brown hair, brown eyes, along with a mustache and goatee.
