John Winer, aged 53, was last seen on July 29, 1976, in Niagara Falls, New York. On the day of his disappearance, Winer was observed sitting on a railing near the falls. His personal belongings were found nearby, but Winer himself has never been located. At the time, he was described as a white male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing around 198 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark green shirt and grey pants.
