Dan Ingram, a 58-year-old man from Niagara Falls, New York, went missing on July 12, 2015, while fishing in the Niagara Gorge at Whirlpool State Park. Ingram reportedly fell into the water and was swept downstream. Following his disappearance, search and recovery efforts were launched, and partial remains were later recovered and positively identified as belonging to Ingram.
