On April 22, 2024, 86-year-old Jorge R. Chalen, a resident of Morris Park, disappeared under distressing circumstances from the Bronx. His wife, Mercedes Chalen, reported that he had been taken to Montefiore Hospital after complaining of stomach pains, and it was from this medical facility that he vanished. At the time he went missing, Mr. Chalen, a Hispanic male with gray hair and brown eyes, stood between five feet six and five feet seven inches tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing ...
