George O. Bombardier, aged 55, went missing on November 30, 1971, while hunting in a heavily wooded area near Rouses Point, New York. He was last seen in the Mountain Road, Hayes Brook, and Grass Pond area, a remote region popular with outdoor enthusiasts. Bombardier was dressed in hunting attire and was familiar with the local wilderness. Despite extensive searches, including tracking snow-covered footprints, no significant trace of him has ever been found.
