Fred Robert Davis, a 35-year-old Caucasian male, was last seen on April 10, 1986, in Sitka, Alaska. Davis, also known by the nicknames "Fast Freddy Davis" and "Fred Robert Edward Davis," was aboard the tugboat 'Roughneck' when it sank in the treacherous currents of Serigus Narrows.
