On June 25, 1986, 23-year-old Kenneth Thor Osbakken went missing after a boating accident in Sitka, Alaska. Osbakken, an American Indian/Alaska Native male with brown hair and brown eyes, was approximately 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 170 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing Levi's, a wool shirt, a green jacket, and was carrying a Walkman.
