On a tragic spring evening in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, the life of 20-year-old Ryan A. Mayo, a White/Caucasian male, was cut short. On May 1, 2011, Ryan died from a single gunshot wound to the head outside his residence on French Road. The fatal incident was the culmination of a heated dispute with his older brother, Steven T.
