On May 6, 1990, 35-year-old Randy Ely was last seen in Yakutat, Alaska, during a boating accident in Yakutat Bay. At the time of his disappearance, he was with Thomas Dann, who also went missing as a result of the same incident. Both individuals are now presumed to be deceased. The Alaska State Troopers are the primary investigating agency for this case, which was officially reported on the day of the incident.
