On September 1, 1989, 36-year-old Kenneth Patrick Millard was the subject of a search after he fell overboard from his fishing vessel. The incident occurred approximately one mile from the entrance of Monti Bay, near Yakutat, Alaska. Millard, a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, was 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed 160 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
