Wayne Moore, 49 years old, was last seen on March 3, 1992, in Pasadena, Texas. Known by his nickname "Buddy," Moore stood 5'9" tall, weighed around 140 pounds, and had green eyes and brown hair. He wore a pacemaker and had a distinctive square-shaped scar on the left side of his chest. On the day of his disappearance, Moore left his residence in his silver 1984 Datsun pickup truck, which had the Texas plate number 9069EV.
