David Lowe Missing Person Case

David Allen Lowe, a 29-year-old Vietnam veteran, was last seen on February 6, 1980, in Pasadena, Texas. He was in the north parking lot of the old Pasadena Police Department, located on Davis Street. Lowe was believed to have taken off in a red and white 1974 Cessna 172 private plane, bearing the tail number N890L, and has not been heard from since. Despite efforts to locate him and the plane, no significant leads have been uncovered.
