In the late summer of 2023, a 55-year-old man named Charles Paul Archer vanished from the city of Kingman, Arizona. On September 25th, he was captured on surveillance footage walking in the direction of the downtown area. He was wearing a dark-colored shirt with a blue graphic on the front, dark shorts, and white high-top sneakers.
