In the autumn of 2021, a sense of concern began to ripple through a community in Kingman, Arizona, regarding the wellbeing of Lemau Misailegalu, a 64-year-old male resident. A disabled veteran with known medical conditions, Misailegalu was a familiar sight to his neighbors. He was last seen on October 27, 2021, taking one of his customary walks around his neighborhood at approximately 10:00 AM.
