Carlos Martinez, a 39-year-old man, went missing from Beaverton, Oregon, on June 13, 2003. On the day of his disappearance, he was dropped off at a construction job site, where he completed his work alone. Afterward, he returned to his residence and made a phone call to a former roommate.
