Grant Schmidt Missing Person Case

On the evening of April 7, 1989, 40-year-old Grant Carl Schmidt left his home in Beaverton, Oregon. His wife later reported that he had departed at approximately 6:30 p.m. with the intention of visiting friends who also lived in Beaverton. However, he never arrived at his friends' residence and was not seen or heard from again. Concern grew when he failed to show up for his job on the following Monday, April 10th, and had made no contact with any family members or friends.
