In the winter of 2006, a 29-year-old man from Holden, Louisiana, named David E. Cummings, vanished, leaving behind a mysterious and unresolved case. The last confirmed sighting of Cummings was on an unknown date in February 2006 at his workplace in Baton Rouge. He was reported missing after he failed to return to his home in Livingston Parish.
