David Cummings, a 29-year-old man from Livingston Parish, Louisiana, was last seen on February 10, 2006. He was reported missing after failing to return home, and his vehicle was later discovered abandoned on February 14, 2006, on the Interstate 10 bridge over the Mississippi River near Baton Rouge. At the time of his disappearance, Cummings had sandy brown hair, brown eyes, and several tattoos, including a rose with the name "Amanda" on his left arm and a teardrop below his right eye.
