In the late summer of 2017, a sense of unease began to settle over a family in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Scott Edward Corkern, a 56-year-old man, had vanished without a trace. The last confirmed sighting of Scott was on September 7, 2017, at a bank situated on the busy stretch of Florida Boulevard in Baton Rouge.
