Marcus Oubre, a 37-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was last seen on August 23, 2023, around 10 p.m. at a Walmart on Siegen Lane. Later that night, his 2006 white Honda Accord was found crashed and abandoned in St. John the Baptist Parish. Oubre left home earlier that day with his phone, wallet, and keys, but none of these items were found in or near his vehicle.
