Jake Allen Latiolais, a 22-year-old father, was last seen in Port Allen, Louisiana. His truck, however, was discovered abandoned and still running on the Interstate 10 bridge over the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the early morning hours of August 29, 2014.
