Jake Allen Latiolais, a 22-year-old from Brusly, Louisiana, disappeared on August 29, 2014. He was last seen on the Interstate 10 bridge over the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge. At around 2 a.m., a witness spoke to him while he was sitting on the bridge's railing next to his running pickup truck.
