Keandre Collins, a 25-year-old from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was last seen on December 29, 2012. He was reportedly getting into a late-model SUV in the 10000 block of Avenue E in Baton Rouge. At the time, Keandre was wearing a khaki jacket, a red shirt, and black jeans. He had distinct tattoos on his hands, including the words "Self Paid" across his fingers, as well as other designs on his wrists and hands.
