Louis Claiborne, a 47-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was last seen on August 1, 2016. He was reported missing from the 1000 block of South 16th Street in Baton Rouge. Claiborne, who was deaf, had been known to frequent the Greyhound bus station in the area prior to his disappearance. At the time he went missing, Claiborne stood 6'1" tall, weighed around 180 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes.
