In the summer of 1999, a young man named Courtney Kendall Rogers vanished from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. At 19 years old, he was last seen on July 3rd of that year. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, leaving his family and community with unanswered questions. At the time he went missing, Rogers was described as a Black male, 5'9' tall, and weighing approximately 195 pounds. He had black hair, and brown eyes, and a distinct chipped upper left tooth.
