Michele Lynn Hahn, 47, went missing on August 26, 2015, in Honolulu, Hawaii, under tragic circumstances. At the time, Hahn was living on a makeshift raft in a drainage runoff area near the Liliuokalani Botanical Gardens. That day, heavy rains caused a storm surge, leading to a swift current that swept Hahn into the Nuuanu Stream. She was with a man at the time, both of them attempting to escape the rising waters.
