In the late spring of 2015, a 45-year-old woman named Charleen Milner vanished from the streets of Honolulu, Hawaii. The last confirmed sighting of her was on May 26, 2015. On that day, she was captured on video surveillance footage while using an ATM at the King-Liliha Branch of the First Hawaiian Bank.
