Joaquim "Jack" Prata, a 55-year-old man from Cranston, Rhode Island, disappeared under mysterious circumstances on October 3, 2015. He was last seen by his coworkers at a job site on Braley Road in Freetown, Massachusetts, around 3:30 p.m. Later that evening, at 6:45 p.m., he was captured on surveillance leaving his company headquarters in New Bedford in his work vehicle.
