In the summer of 2026, authorities in Massachusetts sought the public’s help in locating Jacob Cintron-pagan, a 16-year-old Hispanic male. He was last seen on Friday, June 12, 2026, in the city of Springfield, specifically in the area of the Putnam Vocational Technical Academy. The Chicopee Police Department’s detectives led the investigation and asked for anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
At the time of his disappearance, Jacob was described as being
approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. This was not the first time Jacob had been the subject of a missing person search. In November 2022, when he was 13 years old, the Springfield Police Department had also asked for assistance in finding him after he was believed to have run away. During that earlier incident, he was described as being 5'4" tall and weighing 120 pounds, and police noted that he had connections to Chicopee, Springfield, Greenfield, and Florida.
Following the public appeal for information in 2026, the Chicopee Police Department provided a positive update on the case. On July 23, 2026, authorities announced that Jacob had been safely located.Last Seen: Jun 12, 2026
